DJ Ethan English Takes on Airbeat One Festival in Germany Thirteen years old, proudly South African, and standing behind the decks at one of Europe’s biggest electronic music festivals - DJ Ethan English has just added another unforgettable milestone to his rapidly growing career. Ethan performed at The Cube at Airbeat One Festival in Germany, bringing his high-energy sound and fearless stage presence to an international festival crowd.
A Massive Moment
Airbeat One Festival takes place at Neustadt-Glewe Airfield in Germany and is known for its huge production, global line-up, and multi-stage electronic music experience. The 2026 edition featured more than 350 artists across ten stages, spanning EDM, house, trance, techno, hardstyle, hard techno and more.
The Cube is Airbeat One’s new stage built around energy, dynamism and unexpected moments. It was introduced as a platform for exciting emerging talent, making Ethan’s appearance there especially meaningful for a young DJ still building his international journey.
Ethan’s Signature Energy
Ethan English started DJing at just nine years old and has already performed in Dubai, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Ibiza, Amsterdam and Berlin. His sets blend electronic music, Afro House, melodic rhythms and mainstream festival hits, creating the kind of crowd-moving energy that has become his signature.
From opening for global icons like David Guetta and Afrojack to performing at major events including Abu Dhabi Formula 1, Untold Dubai, Ushuaia Dubai and the Emirates Rugby Sevens Festival, Ethan has consistently shown that age is no barrier to commanding a stage.
Germany, You Were Insane
Playing at The Cube was more than another festival booking, it was a moment that showed exactly where Ethan is headed. The energy, the music and the atmosphere were absolutely insane, and Ethan brought every bit of his trademark passion to the German crowd. At thirteen, he is not simply chasing the dream of playing on the world’s biggest stages; he is already living it. And if Airbeat One is anything to go by, this is only the beginning for DJ Ethan English.
